Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga practice is a place of transformation. The kriyas and meditations are much more specific than your regular flow class, but rather than focusing on physical alignment, the kriyas are exercise sets that include asana, mantra, mudras, bhandas, chanting and meditation to generate energy, organize that energy and deliver you to a specific energetic state – particularly one of greater awareness. The work strengthens your nervous system and navel center, balances your glandular system, purifies the body and calms the mind. Also within the practice are built-in moments of stillness where we sit quietly and awaken to our Self.

Our Small Group Reformer Pilates class (limited to 2 students on Reformer and 2 students on the Wunda Chair 2 students of Spring Board) allows you to practice Pilates under the eye of an attentive instructor who can focus on your needs, AND get a full body workout which you can do several times a week, all at a fraction of the cost of a Private session. The Reformer is an amazing machine that stretches, strengthens, and re-shapes your entire body. With regular practice, we promise you will see results.
